The landing at Marlboro has a marina, as well as kayaking, fishing, and swimming from boats. There is a tributary in close proximity.

Hudson Riverkeeper has sampled at this location since 2008 from May through October. Monthly testing is not frequent enough to make a safe swimming determination. Riverkeeper is advocating for high frequency testing and data reporting along the Hudson River wherever the public swims, boats and fishes.
