Keewatin Beach

Keewatin Beach, off of Keewatin Beach Road is a public beach on Lake of the Woods. There are restrooms, change rooms, a picnic area, docks and a playground. The change rooms are wheelchair and stroller friendly but the beach is not. The Beach is unsupervised so parents are asked to keep an eye on children at all times. There is temperary docking areas for kayakers and canoers and accessible swim ladders. Fishing in the area provides excellent year-round opportunities. Walleye, northern pike, muskie, black crappie, yellow perch, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, whitefish, brook trout and lake trout can be caught here.
