Ralph M. Hendricks Park is located in North Charleston off of U.S. Highway 280. It’s a great spot for fishing, kayaking, or just letting the kids run around! The park is open from dawn until dusk, has plenty of parking, including accessible spots, a large playground, a shelter with picnic tables, ADA accessible restrooms, and trash cans and recycling bins throughout the park. Hendricks Park even has a pier for fishing and a public boat ramp that connects to the Cooper River! When you visit, don’t litter, bring or consume alcohol/drugs, keep your dog on a leash, and don’t play loud music. R.M Hendricks Park has tons of activities for you and your family to enjoy!
