This county park is great for camping, boating, and bathing, as the Shinnecock Bay brings still water to this supervised bathing beach. Amenities include a campground, playground, concessions with a dining area, restrooms, and showers. Beachgoers can also try windsurfing and sailing. Check out the seafood served at the Meschutt Beach Hut. It features a raw bar and grill that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open 24 hours a day but not handicap accessible. Must pay to park. There are special events that are held in season. Very fun atmosphere!
