This deep water sample site at the George Washington Bridge has recreational boating, jet-skiing, kayaking and occasional swim events.

Hudson Riverkeeper has sampled at this location since 2008 from May through October. Monthly testing is not frequent enough to make a safe swimming determination. Riverkeeper is advocating for high frequency testing and data reporting along the Hudson River wherever the public swims, boats and fishes.
