Gulf State Park Pavilion Beach is a public access point to the beach along the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf State Park consists of 6,150 acres and over 3.5 miles of sandy beaches. The Pavilion is available for rentals and weddings through the Alabama State Park System. Parking requires a daily fee. Larger vehicle rates vary by size. The parking lot is ample-sized and allows for large vehicles and RVs. Onsite amenities include a covered pavilion with air-conditioned restrooms, private showers, a snack bar, picnic tables, a short boardwalk through the dune line, and outdoor showers. General public use is limited to daytime hours, 7 a.m. to sunset.
