Flat Rock Park is located in Columbus, GA. Flat Rock Creek flows through the park and is used often by people for swimming and wading. There is a reservoir located in the park that is used for fishing and bird watching. There are numerous trails throughout the park used for hiking and biking, along with a disk golf course.

E.coli samples are collected each week by Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. The sampling site is located at the top of the park near the bridge on Warm Springs Road.
